Don't know how you managed to get such a large avatar, the maximum set at the moment is 200x200, I have deleted your avatar, please try and find a more suitable sized avatar Ginko. It usually shouldn't let you upload an avatar bigger than 200x200, if you would like to use that avatar try scaling it down using Photoshop/GIMP/Paint. Thankyou.
